for a Better Future for All

In 2018, Anna was elected to the St. Helena City Council. As a Councilmember, she has prioritized reforms that enhance our quality of life, improve environmental sustainability, and make progress on equity and inclusion.

Anna graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with degrees in Communications and Spanish. She then earned a Master’s Degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University’s School of Business.

Anna’s first job out of college was working with the Ocean Futures Society to promote initiatives related to marine conservation, education, and awareness. Anna went on to work with many non-profit organizations as both an executive and volunteer.

As an organization development consultant, Anna helped businesses, non-profits, and other groups develop collaboration, teamwork, and stronger communities. Her past work helped thousands of employees and improved corporate culture for companies representing billions of dollars in economic activity.

Anna has served as a member of the Napa County Climate Action Committee; the Upper Valley Waste Management Agency; the Environmental Quality Committee & General Resolutions Committee of the California League of Cities; the Housing Legislative Working Group; the Tourism Improvement District Committee, the St. Helena Water Advisory Board; The St. Helena Library Board; the St. Helena Assets, Planning & Engagement Committee, the Reimagine St. Helena Committee, and the St. Helena Unified School District Equity, Culture, and Climate Committee and Give Big Committee.  In addition, Anna has worked on the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Emergency Preparedness program.

When not working and organizing on behalf of the community, Anna enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, her extended family, and her friends.  She also enjoys doing anything and everything outdoors to appreciate the beauty that Napa County and our surrounding areas have to offer.
